Support Texts and Calls

GalaxyGate, LLC sends customer support text messages and makes support calls only to registered GalaxyGate clients who ask for them. Messages are about your own GalaxyGate services: alerts when we detect a problem, diagnostic questions and results, and support request updates. GalaxyGate's AI support agent sends and answers these messages and says it is an AI at the start of every conversation. We never send marketing by text. Phone numbers given at billing signup are never texted.

How to opt in
  1. Sign in to the GalaxyGate control panel at dash.galaxygate.net. The getting started guide explains how to create an account.
  2. Open Preferences.
  3. Under Text messages and calls, enter your mobile number.
  4. Check the box for texts, the box for calls, or both. Both boxes start unchecked. Neither is required to buy or use any GalaxyGate service.
  5. Select Save Changes. We text you a confirmation message.

The text message box reads:

By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring customer support text messages from GalaxyGate, LLC at the mobile number above about my GalaxyGate services, including alerts when GalaxyGate detects a problem, diagnostic questions and results, and support request updates. GalaxyGate's AI support agent sends and answers these messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The call box reads:

By checking this box, I agree to receive customer support calls from GalaxyGate, LLC at the number above about my GalaxyGate services, including calls when GalaxyGate detects a problem. GalaxyGate's AI support agent places these calls with an AI-generated voice, and calls may be recorded and transcribed. A GalaxyGate team member may join the call. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To stop calls, say "stop calling" during a call or uncheck this box.

After you save, we text you:

GalaxyGate Support: You're signed up for support texts about your GalaxyGate services, answered by our AI support agent. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Email [email protected] for a person.

Frequently Asked Questions Have a question? The answer might be below.
What Is A VPS?

A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a cost-effective alternative to a physical server. While it functions similarly to a physical computer and resides on a host machine, a VPS offers the flexibility and efficiency of virtualization, allowing you to run multiple virtual machines independently.

I Purchased A Server, What Do I Do Now?

Get started by accessing your Linux server via SSH using Putty, or manage it directly through our user-friendly control panel here.

Explore detailed setup and usage guides on our Wiki page.

What Can I Do With My Server?

Your server is versatile: host games, manage file storage, run websites, stream videos, or even set up a remote workstation. The possibilities are expansive, allowing you to tailor the server to your specific needs.

What Plan Should I Choose?

Our range of plans accommodates various requirements, from basic to advanced. We recommend starting with a smaller plan as upgrading is straightforward: just a few clicks and a quick reboot away.

What Hardware is Used?

Our VPSs are powered by EPYC 7763 CPUs in our Lightning line and Ryzen 3900X CPUs in our High Frequency line, reaching speeds up to 4.6 GHz. Each server features enterprise-grade NVMe SSDs, RAID configurations, dual redundant power supplies, and multiple 10Gb ports, ensuring unmatched reliability and performance.

Can I Test A VPS Or Get A Trial?

While we do not offer free trials, you can convert any VPS purchase into store credit at any time, giving you flexibility and peace of mind in your investment.
